Questions about signing your PDF
Answers about preparing a signature, placing it on PDF pages, and reviewing your downloaded document.
What file can I sign here?+
Choose a PDF from your device. If your document is in Word, finish editing it and export it to PDF first, or insert a downloaded signature PNG directly in Word.
How do I add a signature to the PDF?+
Use Draw, Type, or Extract to prepare your mark. Choose Use on document, select the resulting asset, and click or tap a page to place it. You can move and resize the placement.
Can I sign more than one page?+
Yes. Select the same signature asset and place it on each required page. Review each location separately before downloading the completed copy.
Will this send the document to someone?+
No. Download the signed PDF, reopen it to check the result, then return it using the method requested by the recipient. This workspace does not send emails or signing invitations.
Does the PDF leave my device?+
The application reads and processes the PDF in your browser. There is no document upload to a processing server. Closing the tab clears the working session; downloaded copies remain on your device.
Does this provide a certificate or audit trail?+
No. This tool places visible signature images. It does not verify identity, create certificate-based digital signatures, or record a signing audit trail. Follow a recipient’s specified signing process when those features are needed.
What should I check before returning the file?+
Open the downloaded PDF and inspect every signed page. Confirm the marks fit the intended areas, printed text is visible, and the document is the version you meant to return. Keep your original file.
