Choose the workflow your recipient needs
Before opening a document, check how the recipient expects it to be signed. This site helps you place a visible signature image onto a PDF; that is only one kind of signing workflow.
What this workspace produces
You choose a PDF, prepare a signature, and place the image on the document pages. The downloaded copy includes those visible marks. You can reuse an asset across pages, but you still need to review each placement.
What it does not produce
The tool does not issue a signing certificate, verify the identity of the person using it, or create a signing audit trail. It also does not send invitations or track whether another person has signed. Do not describe the output as a certificate-signed PDF.
Check requirements before editing
If you received a signing link or instructions for a specific provider, follow that process. If the recipient asks for identity verification or a certificate, adding an image here does not satisfy those technical requirements by itself.
Keep a reviewed copy
For workflows that accept a visible signature image, place the mark carefully and reopen the exported PDF. Keep the source document and the finished copy. The browser workspace is temporary and does not maintain an account history of your files.
