Bring a paper signature into your PDF
A photograph of a signature usually includes paper around the ink. Remove that background before placement so the signature does not cover a form line with a white rectangle.
Photograph only the mark you need
Use plain paper and even lighting. Crop away other text, borders, and the edge of the page. A close-up with complete strokes gives the extraction tool a better starting point than a photograph of an entire document.
Extract and inspect the result
Open Extract signature and choose the image. Adjust Background removal while watching light strokes and dots. Compare Original and Extracted; stop increasing removal when the paper clears or important handwriting begins to disappear.
Transfer the mark to the document
Choose Use on document to add the extracted result to the PDF workspace. Select it and place it on the appropriate page. Resize the mark to fit the signing area without covering printed instructions.
Check the exported document
Inspect every page containing the extracted signature, especially if the source had faint ink. If shadows or paper lines remain, retake the source image. Download the signed PDF and reopen it to confirm the final appearance.
