Fit the signature to the signing area
A PDF form may offer a narrow line, a boxed field, or a full-width signing area. Choose a mark that remains clear inside that space before spending time on decorative details.
Look at the available space first
Open the PDF and find the area that needs your signature. Notice nearby labels and whether there is a separate printed-name field. Keep the mark inside its intended area rather than using the full page width.
Prepare a clear mark
Use Draw signature for your handwriting, Type signature for a typed design, or Extract signature for an existing paper mark. In Type signature, you can compare initial-based compositions; prefer shorter tails when the field is small.
Check the name and scale
If the recipient requires a particular name, use that name. Where initials are requested, create the appropriate initials instead of shrinking an entire full-name signature into the box. This tool does not decide which form of name a recipient accepts.
Reuse deliberately across pages
Use on document adds your prepared mark to the workspace. Select it for each placement, then move and resize as needed for the individual page. Reopen the downloaded PDF to confirm every signature is readable and positioned correctly.
